Message from Minister, Gujarat State
It gives me immense pleasure to learn that Gujarat Police will be hosting the 53rd All India Police Duty Meet at the Gujarat Police Academy, Karai.Today the challenges before the Indian Police are increasing steadily and coupled with it is the growing expectation from the common man. To keep pace with the fast changing scenario of the crime and criminals the Police Force has to keep themselves one step ahead in the new emerging areas of modern scientific aids to investigation and the developments in the field of Forensics.
All India Police Duty Meet will offer an opportunity to the participating teams to showcase their professional competence in the field of investigation and their expertise in using scientific aids. It is a forum to recognize and reward excellence in the area of police professionalism. The exchange of ideas at the national level will be a spinoff effect of the competitions.
May the best sportsman's spirit prevail in the highest traditions of the competition. Hope, the Duty Meet will be a grand success in fulfilling the objectives of this national event.
Shri Amit Shah
Minister of Gujarat
