1	17:25 hrs	Arrival Of Chief Guest- Band Salute
2	17:27-17:32 hrs (15 mnts)	The DGP & IGP present members of the Jury of Appeal, the members of the Working Committees and the Managers of the Participating Teams.
3	17:32 -17:35 hrs (3 mnts)	The Chief Guest is then conducted to the Rostrum.
4	17:35 -17:40 hrs (5 mnts)	Welcome Speech by DGP & IGP Gujarat State. Followed by offering Bouquet of flower to the Chief Guest and other dignitaries present on the dais.
5	17:40-17:55 hrs (15 mnts)	The Chief Guest is requested by the Chairman, Central Coordinating Committee to take the salute at the March Past.
6	17:55-18:00 hrs (5 mnts)	Speech of Chairman, Central Coordinating Committee.
7	18:00 hrs	The Chairman, Central coordinating requests the Chief Guest to give away the Prizes.
8	18:01-18:10 hrs (9mnts)	The Chief Guest & MOS give away the Prizes.
9	18:10-18:20hrs (10 mnts)	Speech of Minister of State for Home.
	18:20-18:35 hrs (15 mnts)	Speech of the Chief Guest. Followed by giving of the Memento by the DGP to the Chief Guest & the Chairman CCA.
10	18:35 -18:38 hrs (3 mnts)	The Chairman, Central Coordinating Committees then declares the Meet closed.
11	18:38 hrs-18:43 mnts (4 mnts &15 seconds)	The ' Retreat ' is sounded and all Duty Meet Flags are lowered.
12	18:43 hrs-18:48 (5 mnts)	The AIPDM Flag is then folded and handed over to the Chief Guest who makes it over to the DGP & IGP of the host state.
13	18:48-18:54 hrs (6 mnts)	National Anthem / General Salute is played.
14	18:55 hrs	The Chief Guest departs.
		Teams March Out.

1. The Chief Guest arrives. He is received by the DGP/IGP of the host State and the Chairman, Central Coordinating Committee, All India Police Duty Meet.
2. The band salutes the Chief Guest (National Anthem is played if the Chief Guest is President, Vice President or Governor).
3. The DGP/ IGP presents members of the Jury of Appeal, members of the working Committee and Managers of the participating teams.
   
   The Chief Guest is conducted to the rostrum.
4. Welcome speech by DGP/IGP of host state.
5. The Chief Guest is requested by the Chairman, Central Coordinating Committee to take the salute at the March Past of participants. The teams march past in alphabetical order of their names except the host State which comes last. The teams then form a Semi-circle facing the tribune of honour.
6. The Chairman, Central Coordinating Committee makes the concluding speech, if any.
7. The Chairman Central Coordinating Committee requests the Chief Guest to give away the remaining prizes, which mainly comprise the Prime Minister's (Police) Medal for Life Saving and the trophies.
8. The Chief Guest gives away the prizes.
9. Speech of the Chief Guest, if any.
10. The Chairman, Central Coordinating Committee, then reads out the following message to declare the Meet closed:
    
    ("In the name of the Central Coordinating Committee, All India Police Duty Meet, I offer to Shri..........................DGP/ IGP..................and the..................State Police as well as the authorities of the States of...............our deepest.............. gratitude. I declare the All India Police Duty Meet closed and call upon the police men from all parts of the country to assemble next year at the appointed place to celebrate with us the All India Police Duty Meet. May they display cheerfulness and concord so that the Meet may be carried on with ever greater eagerness, courage and honour).
11. The 'retreat' is sounded and simultaneously the All India Police Duty Meet Flag and also the flags of competing teams are lowered. Team captains dip the flags carried by them and bring them to the carry position as soon as the retreat is over.
12. The All India Police Duty Meet flag is then folded and carried at the slow march (Auld Lang Syne) by four competitors of the host State and handed over to the Chief Guest who makes it over to the DGP/IGP of the Host State with the following declarations:-
    ("I deliver this flag to you for safe custody until such time again flown at the next All India Police Duty Meet").
    The DGP/IGP of the host State receives the flag and replies.
    ("This duty I willingly undertake to perform")
13. National Anthem/ General Salute is played according to the occasion.
14. The Chief Guest departs.
15. At the command of the drum beat, the flag bearers form up in line on the right of the Tribune of Honour. At the command of second drum beat, the competitors fall in behind these rows of flags, one file behind each flag. There shall be no distinction of teams while falling in. The competitors from different States should mingle and march out in the true spirit of sportsmanship of friendly competition, waving out in friendship to the spectators as they go out of the Stadium/ site by the shortest route.
