1. It has brought to our notice that some of the participating teams used different types of videocamers in the videography event during the 51st All India Police Duty Meet – 2007 hosted by Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Mumbai between March 1 to 8, 2008.
2. As per the suggestions of the Judges submitted after the meet, the Central Coordinating Committee has decided that henceforth only “Handycams’ with CD version will be used in place of videocamers w.e.f. next All India Police Duty Meet.
3. It is requested that all SPOs/CPOs may kindly abide by the above decision.
