Message from Director General of Police, Goa
I am happy to know that Gujarat Police is hosting the 53rd All India Police Duty Meet for the third time at Gandhinagar, Gujarat from 2nd February to 9th February, 2010 and a souvenir is also being brought out to mark the occasion.
Duty Meet test endurance, the professional competence of the participants and help in developing qualities of discipline, dedication and perseverance. Needles to say these qualities are of great relevance in policing. The Meet being held at Gandhinagar will not only provide opportunity to the participants to compete with each other but also give them a platform to forge long lasting friendship and camaraderie.
I take this opportunity to send my greetings to the participants and the organizers and wish them all success.
Shri Bhim Sain Bassi, IPS
Director General of Police
Goa
